JDS – Pooh – Almost Over – Tumbling Set Pin

Winnie the Pooh Almost Over is one of five pins in a Japan set (#5298) that shows the Pooh bear tumbling.

This is the 4th pin in the set. Pooh is shown in the photo upside down with both arms over his head to catch himself. This pin has a slightly domed enamel top and the old- style metal backing.

In his position as shown by the photo, Pooh measures 7/8″ (23 mm) wide by 1 1/8″ (30 mm) tall. The backstamp is a row – top to bottom – with multiple “? DISNEY.”

It should be noted that with all the pins in this set, the pin post is at Pooh’s head, so his pose would normally be upright.
